Coiltek also offer one-day Prospecting outings designed for both beginners and more experienced prospector alike.  You will be informed about Eco prospecting where you learn how to prospect with the minimum impact on the ecology and how to recognise likely detecting areas by knowing what flora to look for.  You will be shown how to read maps to find gold bearing reefs and alluvial deposits then detect them.
